N Class Endler Fish N Class Endlers are unique in that the strain has originated from Venezuela and have not had any hybridization. Careful records are kept establishing that they come from an original strain from Venezuela. Endlers were rediscovered by Dr. John Endler in 1975. Most of those fish were then crossed and the pure strains were lost. In recent years they have been again collected from Venezuela, which is how N Class Endlers strains were established. There are many types of N Class Endlers. Male Endlers have an amazing variety of colors. They are generally smaller than a guppy as they grow to the adult size of 0.75 to 1 inch for the male. Females are larger, usually growing to 1 to 1.25 inches. They look a lot like a small guppy, but they should not be kept with guppies or other livebearers if the young are to be sold since they will hybridize. They are omnivores so they eat meat as well as vegetables. They are easy to care for an make a great addition to a nano aquar
