Fragrant Dong Ding 2023 Winter - New Winter Harvest Arrives Around 11/20

Story Our Fragrant Dong Ding is lightly oxidized and rolled in the style of high mountain oolong. It is harvested from the Qingxin cultivar near the Dong Ding area of Nantou county.  Description Notes of flowers and young fruit in the flavor with a milky sweetness. Broth is light leaning towards medium bodied, a very solid straightforward tea. This tea feels a lot like high mountain oolong, but not as delicate or complex. Because of the elevation it's not technically high mountain tea, but we still think of it as our value high mountain oolong.
