A classic and useful tool for tea brewing, the stainless steel mesh ball measures 2" and has a 4" chain which can be clipped onto the outside of your mug as the contents steep inside the cup. It has a clasp that makes it easy to open and close, but doesn't unexpectedly pop open as many do! (Believe me, I've tested many.) Use this with our loose-leaf herbal teas. Dishwasher safe.
