You will receive a plant very similar to the one pictured.Number and size of pitchers may vary. After transportation: Please note that pitchers are drained for transportation. Please pour distilled water in each pitcher (approximately 1/4 - 1/3 of its volume). It happens you may receive a plant with dying or dead pitchers after shipping. It is a normal occurrence due to shipping stress and the plant may loose all its pitchers. Please just cut off dead pitchers/leaves - the plant will grow new leaves with new pitchers soon. Soil:  Prefers a well-draining soil mix. A mix of peat moss (pH 3-5) and perlite or quartz sand (2:1) works well. The use of a neutral or alkaline substrate will lead to the death of the plant.  Light: Bright, indirect light is preferable. Morning and evening sun, shade during the day. Сan withstand some direct sunlight but excessive exposure may lead to burns
