2 inch offset lower slip tube mounting clamp. This part slides into the sidecar frame. Bolts are 1/2". The tube O.D. is 1-1/2". The inside of the clamp is 1-1/2". Black powder coat shows some wear from being in storage since 2010. OEM NOS California Sidecar part and also fits Champion Sidecar frames and other American made sidecar frames.
