Spring Bloom Dress

The sweetest maxi dress we've ever seen. This is a Spring version of the strawberry wine dress we had back in the fall with a few updates! The tie on the bust is functional and can cinch the neckline if needed.  The straps tie, so they're adjustable. It's fully lined and SO gorgeous.
