1676 1988-1996 GM Chevy 6.2L 6.5L 1995-1996 AM General Diesel CCW water pump

The 1993-mid 1996 engine is often called the 87gpm pump by the diesel enthusiasts and it was paired with a single by-pass blocking thermostat.  We designed an impeller to outflow the OEM design to help the 6.2L and 6.5L diesel run a little cooler under a load and at slower speed.  Our impeller has a larger diameter, an increased vane count, a more open eye to permit greater flow, a reduced impeller vane clearance to the casting volute and a ported shroud to build pressure in the eye and an appropriate B gap clearance to limit the potential of pressure pulsation or hydraulic shock.  Thermostats now available  It achieves greater flow rates, higher head pressure and a more efficient flow.
