YOUR RESERVATION DEPOSIT The 25% deposit required to confirm a reservation is fully refundable up until 60 days before the start of the Immersion. If the deposit is made before the Immersion date, but at least 30 days before the start of sessions, it is fully refundable for a period of 24 hours, after which the deposit becomes part of the fees and subject to the cancellation terms. (Deposits made 60 days or less before the start of sessions can be refunded after 24 hours. Deposits made 30 days or less before the start of the Immersion can not be refunded.) The 25% deposit required for Mexico City is US $1,570 (25% of Program Fee $6,280) for single occupancy, and US $2,990 (25% of Program Fee $11,960) for double occupancy. The 25% deposit paid as part of an Online + On-site Immersion bundle is non-refundable. You can change the date of your on-site immersion up to 30 days before the immersion starts, and are free to pick any Mexico Immersion until June 2022. If you want to change fro
