YOUR RESERVATION DEPOSIT The 25% deposit required to confirm a reservation is fully refundable until 90 days before the start of the Immersion. If the deposit is made within 90 days of the start of sessions, it is fully refundable for a period of 24 hours, after which the deposit becomes part of the fees and subject to the cancellation terms. The 25% deposit required for Mexico City is US $1,730 (25% of Program Fee $6,920) for single occupancy, and US $3,265 (25% of Program Fee $13,070) for double occupancy. The 25% deposit paid as part of an Online + On-site Immersion bundle is non-refundable and is valid for a year after purchase. You can change the date of your on-site immersion up to 30 days before the immersion starts, and are free to pick any Mexico, Colombia, or similarly priced Immersion starting up to a year from date of purchase.
