The Butchers Box is some of James' favorite go items at the shop.  Starting with 2- 1.25" hand cut Ribeyes perfect for the grill.  4 - Denver Steaks that you can throw on the grill or sear them off on the black stone for some family favorite steak fried rice.  The Tri Tip is a great for small gatherings, grill it off and slice across the grain and everyone can grab what they want.
