Used OEM cylinder head 3224490 for AMC 4.2 258 and 3.8 232 inline 6 cylinder engines. Should fit Jeep CJ5 (1972-1974), and FSJ models (1972-1974) with 258 or 232 engine. *Casting number is 3224490. Please make sure your casting number matches before ordering. *This head is used, not rebuilt.
