The gloves run on lightweight re-chargeable lithium batteries. A full charge takes about 2 hours. Simply plug the batteries into the gloves and slip them into the pockets located in the wrist. Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds until the LED light turns on. The light will turn red and this is full power at 100%.  You'll almost instantly feel heat inside the glove. W
