The lush vegetation that surrounds the areas of coffee growth gives these beans a high-density weight with a strong acidic profile. We recommend a light roast for a full-acidity, funky pineapple experience. Our favorite is a darker medium roast which gives both acidic and full-body nutty oak flavors that linger in the mouth for several minutes.
