This product is a concentrated essence therefore must be diluted with purified water before use. 2. Based on your skin sensitivity, dilute FOHOW Mineral Recovery Concentrate with purified water, using the bottle provided.  For Normal Skin, we recommend that you dilute 0.5ml (10 drops) of the essence with 40ml of purified water.  For Sensitive Skin, you may wish to dilute with more purified water.  For use on a thin cuticle, we recommend that you dilute 0.3 ml (6 drops) of the essen
