Wild Blueberry Topping

This 'summer in a jar' topping is made with wild blueberries harvested right on Smithereen Farm in Downeast Maine. Lovely for toast, crepes, buckwheat pancakes, morning yogurt, all occasions. Made with wild organic blueberries lots of organic lemon juice, zest, pulp, apple pectin and cane sugar…but not too much!
