Farmed from a single, organic vineyard high in the hills of Catalonia, this cheeky blend of all three Grenaches from Celler Frisach drinks like the entire colour spectrum rendered in ripe, spectacular flavors. After a wild co-ferment in tank, it spends six months on the lees and emerges like a sunrise cresting over the mountains. Streaks of red fruit across a satsuma sky, green almond, Florida lemon, fresh fig, fennel frond, bouquet garni as chic centrepiece & lush in the mouth with a juicy, salted finish.
