Eva de los Santos is a very uncommon white grape variety from southern Spain, where most people only think of Jerez, or the sherry region. Fermented in concrete and bottled unfiltered, this white has a bit of texture and body, but great freshness, too. Perfect white wine for cheesy baked items or roasted vegetables.
