The Other Right 'Bright Young Thing Red' Pet Nat Adelaide Hills 2021

Red, lightly fritzy sparkling, made of Pinot Noir sourced from one vineyard in the Adelaide Hills called Magpie Springs, farmed by Steve Thomas, a grower with which winemakers Alex and Galit have a very close working relationship. The Pinot is 15 year-old vines with a SE aspect; soil types are sandy clay over ironstone. The fruit was done with semi-carbonic maceration (half whole cluster, half destemmed fruit, cofermented). Pure cherry fruit black licorice fizzy Adelaide cola.
