Measuring 100 cm (39.37”) wide and 92 cm (36.22”) tall, the Oven 100 Cabinet is purpose-built for direct top installation of the Fontana Margherita and Mangiafuoco ovens. Its integrated slide-in, slide-out drawer holds a standard LP propane tank, allowing for effortless fuel swaps. Beneath the oven platform, a spacious compartment stores wood, oven accessories, or other essentials. The reversible countertop lip can be positioned forward for a peninsula-style installation or backward for a flush mount, offering layout flexibility. Finished on all sides, equipped with soft-close double doors, self-adjusting feet, and a weather-resistant powder-coated exterior and interior, the Oven 100 Cabinet blends premium durability with Italian design.
