Dolsot Bibimbap, Hot Stone Bibimbap

Crispy rice on the bottom, served with a fried egg on top and house spicy sauce, add your choice of toppings -vegetable/bulgogi +5/spicy pork +3   Dolsot bibimbap is said to have its origins from the Junju Province of Korea in the 1960s. It is served in a hot stone bowl, where the rice would become crispy on the bottom, and the addition of the aromatic sesame oil is said to enhance the flavor twofold.
