Blodgett ZEPH-100-G Description The Blodgett ZEPH-100-GDBL double convection oven is heated by natural gas. Each oven cavity can accommodate five 18-inch-by-26-inch pans on 15⁄8-inch spacings. The wire racks can be adjusted to 11 different positions. Product is visible through the thermal glass windows in the doors via interior lights. Both interiors are made of quick-cleaning porcelain and insulated with mineral fiber. The stainless steel exterior and iron frame can support heavy use. A dual flow gas system uses direct and indirect heat to ensure product is cooked properly. Its aluminized steel combustion chamber strengthens the unit. The oven features dual tube burners and control panels as well as adjustable air shutters. If the unit reaches unsafe temperatures, an automatic thermal overload protection feature turns the Blodgett ZEPH-100-GDBL full-size convection oven off.
