Rose Wine, Côtes-du-Rhône 2021, Organic (France) - Bottle

Item available for in store, pick-up or local delivery only.  Alcohol is not available to ship.  Over 21 only.    A pretty pale wine with salmon-colored hints.  Floral nose of rose petals and wild strawberries.  And, a mouthful mingling with vivacity and roundness with aromatic notes of pink grapefruit and a good length. This biodynamique wine is grown in iron-rich topsoil over clay and limestone.  Manually harvested, sustainable agriculture.  Direct pressing, temperature controlled vinification.  No malolactic fermentation.  Aging in vats, on fine lees, with stirring, for a period of 5 months. Ingredients:  50% Cinsault, 40% Grenache, 10% Syrah (2020 Vintage) / 13% alchohol Weight:  750 ml
