"Trifolium Pratense" Many small animals enjoy eating fresh clover but also enjoy the dried form. The flowers of the red clover help against bronchitis and cough. It detoxifies, soothing on the throat and anti-inflammatory. It is a herbaceous species of flowering plant in the family Fabaceae. It's native to Europe, Western Asia, and northwest Africa, but has been planted and naturalized in many other regions. It's even found medical uses for humans and is promoted as a treatment for a variety of human maladies, including symptoms of menopause, coughs, hot flashes, disorders of the lymphatic system and a variety of cancers. Please keep always in mind when you serve your pet new food: Some animals need their time to smell and try it since a lot of them have never smelled a flower or certain herbs before.
