Alternations Customized Service Fee

 This additional fee is charged when you request a "saddle sew", "tilted ribbon", customized measurement of elastics or ribbons. You will be notified by our Distribution team of any issues fulfilling your requests. Due to our time limitations, we cannot offer every customization option while sewing shoes and there are additional charges to pay for each customization request.
