Thumb Cup Ceramic

Hand thrown, hand glazed ceramic cup with an indentation for the thumb. Feels great in the hand and perfect for juice, cocktails or even a hot toddy. Crafted by a small pottery studio in New Mexico, each piece goes through a lengthy process that takes it from a ball of clay to a finished piece with each cup turned on the wheel by hand, then dried, fired, waxed and glazed. Dishwasher and microwave safe. You can enjoy hot beverages in these as well, but be sure your drink has cooled to 165 degrees or lower. If you like your coffee black or use boiling water for tea, this cup may be hot to the touch.
