Lights have been tested - Lightning McQueen may need a new battery (would have to remove from base), but should work - all others are functional.  Glow in the dark and black light features work. These cars are meant for children - as such, some packaging may be mint, some packaging may have wear (bent corners and/or cracked blisters).
