Strawberry Syrah Jam

My most famous jam so far! This jam is a star. She was even a question on Jeopardy. Besides being famous, it is also delicious. Locally sourced strawberries infused with California produced syrah wine and a blend of spices give this jam a rich, strawberry flavor complemented by the dark complexity of wine.
