Mint Leaf Earrings in Fine Silver

These Earrings were created using real mint leaves. Thin layers of Metal Clay paste were painted onto each leaf until there was a substantial thickness. They were then fired in a kiln where the leaves completely burn away leaving their lasting impressions in solid .999 Fine Silver. A patina is added to highlight the veins, before finally being attached to Sterling Silver ear wires. Approximate earring size: 1 3/8in (3.5cm) high x 7/16in (1.1cm) wide.The exact earrings pictured are the ones you will receive. Earrings come boxed.
