Rose Leaf Necklace in Sterling & Fine Silver

This necklace was created using real rose leaves. Thin layers of Metal Clay paste was painted onto each leaf until there was a substantial thickness. They were then fired in a kiln where the leaves completely burn away leaving their lasting impressions in solid .999 fine silver. The leaves are then attached to a Sterling Silver chain, clasp and extender and all the links are fused closed for added strength. Finally a patina is added to highlight and color the leaves. The exact necklace pictured is the one you will receive.
