Custom labels

Customize your labels on 2, 4, 6, or 12 pc boxes! Labels can be customized with your own message, logo etc in black and white or full color on adhesive belly bands that also indicate flavors and dietary restrictions on the sides. Gold and silver variations are also available. We have a 50 box minimum for customized boxes. Setup is a one-time $50 charge for either bellyband labels. Please send your design requests and a high resolution logo in pdf to info@formosachocolates.com. Two week lead time typically required, but we may be able to accommodate rush orders - just email us!
