SeroTone™

SeroTone™ is a comprehensive formula, which contains 100mg 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP) and 20mg vitamin B6. Together these nutrients form the precursors of the neurotransmitter serotonin, the “feel good hormone,” and help to support overall neurotransmitter metabolism. Unlike serotonin, 5-HTP readily enters the blood brain barrier, and with the assistance of vitamin B6 it is able to convert into serotonin within the central nervous system.
