On those down days, you may not need the full fuel of a caffeinated drink, but rather the soothing comfort of a delicious cup of coffee without all the buzz. ZERO DAY-decaf is the perfect coffee for the relaxing, recovery and wind down. The Mountain Water Process. The pure water used in the caffeine extraction solution comes from Pico de Orizaba, the highest mountain in the region, and also results in 99.9% decaffeinated coffee that retains bright acidity and flavors like milk chocolate, green apple, and caramel leaving a sweet finish. Decaf coffee drinkers don’t need to sacrifice flavor for the sake of lower caffeine content. We have meticulously selected and perfectly roasted these decaf beans to bring out their full flavor, just with less punch.
