The modified V60 is a hybrid brewing method which allows you to brew like a standard V60 pour over, or as an immersion brewer. Simply place a standard 03 V60 paper filter in the cone, add freshly ground coffee, and add hot water. Allow the coffee to steep for and flip the switch at the base of the neck to start the drawdown process. This dripper with come with a pack of 03 paper filters to get you started on your brewing.
