Agua Mágica Capón Espadín Mezcal comes from the sun-drenched valleys of Oaxaca, where tradition and craft define every drop. Made from 7–8 year old Espadín agave, this single-origin mezcal is produced using the Capón method, in which the quiote is cut before blooming, concentrating sweetness and richness into the piña for a deeper, more flavorful spirit. At 45% ABV, it carries both strength and elegance, designed to shine whether sipped neat or blended into cocktails. On the nose, it reveals layers of bitter orange, charred poblano, and roasted coffee bean. The palate is silky, opening with white chocolate, lime peel, and hints of eucalyptus, followed by a finish of fermented pineapple, palo santo, and lingering citrus. Its smoothness balances smoky character with bright fruit, making it approachable yet complex.
