E. W. Karker Saw & Planing Mill  - over the years the Karker mill expanded as business grew, resulting in a variety of structures strung together. The red saw mill is joined to the planing mill by a transitional, corrugated section that can be flipped so you can arrange the buildings as shown on the inside of a curved track, or the outside.  Kit too big? You can break up the main complex and build as separate structures.  The kit features many kinds of materials and siding; clapboard, scribed, board by board, corrugated. The unique kiln building, shown center is covered in steel panels, a great place to show off the rusty weathering techniques. The second story office above the open air platform is covered in board by board planks.
