Much of my work frequently consists of layered surfaces: bits and pieces from discarded books and magazines, found ephemera, handwritten letters and receipts, obsolete reference material, my own prints and drawings and mysterious random objects. Order, association and reverence emerge from the collecting, sorting, arrangement and placement of each piece into a whole.
