COLOMBIA Alto Sorrento

  Our favorite Colombian coffee is a micro lot coffee, being from one specific farm. Jose Pompilio Saigama Vaquiaza creates a coffee legacy that starts directly from his farm, Alto Sorrento. Jose and the farm workers are part of an indiginous people who are members of the Resguardo Indigena De Christiania.  As we carefully roast his beans, our coffee contains clean and sweet flavors of cocoa and caramel mingled with hints of tropical fruit, softened acidity and medium body.
