Stop Racism Poster

This poster features an evocative image by Shepard Fairey, taken from the exhibition Photo Synthesis, which displayed at Fotografiska Stockholm in the summer of 2024. Shepard Fairey (born 1970 in Charleston, South Carolina) is a contemporary street artist, graphic designer, activist, and founder of OBEY Clothing and the creative agency Studio Number One. In 1989, during his art studies at the Rhode Island School of Design, Shepard Fairey created this design, Stop Racism, as well as the sticker Andre the Giant has a Posse, which later evolved into the art campaign OBEY GIANT.
