The purpose of Relax Tea is very simple... to help you relax! This blend contains the traditional calming Lavender and Chamomile, but it also features a few unique herbs like stress-reducing Blue Vervain and Motherwort, and soothing Skullcap. Relax Tea calms the nerves and promotes deep, natural relaxation. To Use: 1-3 tablespoons of tea in 8oz of water; cover and steep for 15 minutes.
