Thus we wish Jesus to infantilize us, never allowing into awareness our equality with him as spirit—God's Son as He created him. By recognizing our childish littleness, however, we invite Jesus to help us pass through the specific needs of childhood to spiritual maturity, and on to the non-specific Self we share with him.
