Wild Blueberry Sea Salt

Alaska Pure Sea Salt is made in Sitka, Alaska by Jim and Darcy Michener In 2007, they proudly produced North America’s first flake sea salt using only water from Sitka Sound with no additives or added chemicals. Infused with only hand picked Wild Alaskan Blueberries, this flakey sea salt brightens up almost all desserts from chocolate brownies to fruit sorbets and adds a beautiful punch of color. It is perfect with wild game such as duck or venison. We use it on top of our chocolate chip cookies in The Foundroot Shop and it gives it just that something extra. In full disclosure, some young kids came in recently and asked us if they could have cookies without the "sprinkles". The salt is just that pretty.
