This extract is made from a cold extraction process to preserve the maximum flavor and aroma. It is properly dark and fragrant, perfect for everyday recipes but with a notably stronger vanilla flavor than what you'll find off the shelf. This is what we use in our homemade vanilla syrup for lattes in The Foundroot Shop and in all of our baked goods.
