Wild Porcini Mix

Adventure Harvest is owned by Tawny Darling and Robert Chadwell who recently left us in Haines, AK for the wilds of Homer, AK. We miss them dearly but love that we can keep their sustainably harvested, wild Alaskan products close by.  Porcini mushrooms, also known as King Boletes, are a delicacy around the world and we are lucky enough to have them in our backyard.  These wild harvested mushrooms have a mouth-watering umami flavor that is great on anything savory.
