Timex x Dimepiece Intrepid Dive Watch

Earlier this year,  Brynn Wallner (aka Dimepiece) and I worked with Timex to reissue their Intrepid watch from 1995, made famous by JFK Jr. But THIS piece  – Dimepiece's first ever official watch collaboration! –  is our riff on that classic, scaled down and accented with the Dimepiece signature shade of purple and a creamy vintage-inspired dial.  Adding to its functionality is Timex's INDIGLO® backlight for night visibility, activated by a dedicated bright Dimepiece purple pusher on the case side beside 9 o’clock. Reducing the size from the original 46mm to a very wearable 36mm was important to tangibly convey my mission to get MORE watches on MORE wrists, as not everyone can pull off the larger case sizes (sadly) inherent in most modern sports watches.
