Inside Waistband Holster for Glock 19 Gen 3, 4, 5 & V, 19X, 45 & 32 This precision-molded Inside Waistband (IWB) holster is built to fit Glock 19, 19X, 45, and 32 pistols. It is compatible with Gen 3, Gen 4, Gen 5 and Gen V Glock 19 models and Gen 3 & 4 Glock 23 pistols. Please note: this holster is not compatible with the Gen 5 Glock 23. Each holster is formed using a Gen 5 Glock 19 as the baseline. While Gen 3 and Gen 4 pistols will fit securely, you may need to slightly adjust the retention screws for an optimal draw.
