Our inside-the-waistband magazine carriers, designed to fit the Sig P320 9mm and 40 S&W magazines, are perfect for Appendix Carry or anywhere else inside the waist with adjustable retention (See below for instructions).  The Magazine Retention Device allows retention adjustment with a 1/8" Allen wrench. This feature helps prevent the magazine from tipping out and away from the waist, thus reducing "magazine print". The smooth back and rounded edges help reduce hot spots and provide a flat, comfortable surface suitable for adding Moleskine or foam wedges (not included).  The ambidextrous design will allow you to carry the magazines facing forward or back, depending on your personal preference, at any position inside the waistband.
