Our Outside Waistband Pancake Style holster for the Sig Sauer P365-XMACRO with the Streamlight TLR-8 Sub is vacuum-formed with a precision-machined mold designed from a CAD model of the actual firearm and light combination.  Compatible with manual safety models. For this holster to function correctly, you need the TLR-8 SUB 1913 Streamlight part number 69418 or TLR-8 G Sub 1913 part number 69438 with the #3 key. The holster will NOT retain the pistol without the light being mounted correctly.  To ensure proper fit and function, this holster requires one of the following Streamlight TLR-8 Sub 1913 models that fit the Sig X-Macro frames: TLR-8 X Sub USB (Part #69418) TLR-8 X G Sub (Part #69438) TLR-8 HL-X Sub (Part #69468) TLR-8 HL-X G Sub (Part #69478) The light information for both the TLR-8 Sub (Red) and TLR-8 G Sub (Green) can be found here: Streamlight TLR-8 Sub Light Information Streamlight TLR-8 G Sub Light Information The holster WILL NOT WORK with the TLR-8 Sub Sig version of the light mounted on the pistol. Product Details: Each holster is formed, trimmed, and assembled in-house. Final fit and function tests are done with the actual pistol and light to ensure the holster fits the gun and has the correct amount of retention on the light. Proudly made in the USA. The sight profile is cleared for most optics, but has not been tested with all optics. It should fit as long as the red dot doesn't overhang the side of the slide.
