Ground Beef Box

Thirty pounds of ground beef from the pasture-raised cattle of Havin Hill Rolling Acres with a roughly 85/15 ratio. We practice rotational grazing so our beef cows move to fresh grass regularly, improving the soil as they go. Their diet is primarily grass but they're supplemented with a small amount of grain so our beef has a more mild flavor than 100% grass-fed.
