Cut from the middle of the steer just under the backbone, our Beef Tenderloin is one lazy muscle making for the most tender of steaks. Not as beefy in flavor as other steaks but called “TENDERloin” for a reason. Without a lot of fat, cook this cut fast and high. A nice sear on the outside, leaving it rare to medium rare on the inside. Give it a little rest before enjoying!
