Chef Ishy's Special Recipe! Part of our new pre-marinated product line, our White Miso Black Cod, also known as Sablefish, offers a rich, buttery flavor and delicate texture. Each pack includes two 6oz portions of locally sourced wild Black Cod, marinated and ready to cook. Simply defrost and cook in a grill pan over medium heat—3.5 minutes skin-side down and 1.5-2 minutes on the other side, or 3 minutes per side without skin. Arrives frozen on dry ice for maximum freshness. Picture shows our home chef prepared final dish, which we served on a bed of our short-grain sushi rice with a side of sautéed bok choy. Black cod, mirin, honey, sake, white miso and kelp. Marinated for 3 days.
